I have partnered with Sesamecare.com to provide a subscription based, medically supervised weight loss program. Subscription price is $108 a month which includes messaging, follow up visits, and any needed labs related to weight loss (availability varies by state). Subscription does not include the cost of medication.
At this time compounded Semaglutide (12.5mg/2.5mL vial) is priced at $140.00 and is paid directly to the pharmacy. This vial could last weeks or months depending on what weekly dose you are taking.
I can also prescribe branded GLP-1 medicines such as Wegovy (semaglutide) and Zepbound (Tirzepatide) through this same program. These medications vary in price, but have a reduced cash price through the manufacturers pharmacy.
It is uncertain how long compounded Semaglutide will be available, however, the partner pharmacy states that they have a strong inventory of vials and pre‑filled syringes.

In-person visits also available to establish care for chronic patients, for sick visits, sports physicals, pre-employment physical, weight loss, and simple procedures.

Fee for Service
I provide care for a flat fee per service. I do not bill insurance companies, medicaid, or medicare. You can still use your medical insurance, if you have it, for any care needed outside of our visits (for medications, specialist care, labs, and imaging studies, ER visits, hospitalizations, surgeries, specialist consults etc.)
Telehealth Guidelines
- I DO NOT PRESCRIBE CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES VIA TELEHEALTH UNLESS WE HAVE AN ESTABLISHED, IN-PERSON PROVIDER/PATIENT RELATIONSHIP.
- I treat one patient per appointment unless you have contacted me and we have adjusted the price. I do not treat multiple people on the same Telehealth visit.
- I do not prescribe medications for longer than reasonably necessary.
- If you establish care with me as a regular patient I cannot refill your medications indefinitely. Routine follow up visits are required.
- Not every illness or condition is treatable via Telehealth. I may suggest we meet in-person for the visit.
- Do not schedule an appointment for a condition that needs to be treated at an urgent care or ER.
